Prints are available in standard European A-sizes inclusive of a one-inch border.
A4 | 21 x 29.7 cm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches

A3 | 29.7 x 42 cm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches

A2 | 42 x 59.4 cm / 16.5 x 23.4 inches

A1 | 59.4 x 84.1 cm / 23.4 x 33.1 inches

Currently, we only offer prints without frames. This is to keep costs to a minimum, especially shipping fees. When selecting your frame, choose the size according to the paper size to match your print i.e. A4 frame for an A4 print.

Our UK printer receives each order and is responsible for printing, quality review, packaging, and delivery. Prints are only created upon placing your order to minimise any waste in the process.

We have chosen a carbon neutral supplier that uses the Gold Standard to offset carbon emissions as recommended by Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace and WWF UK.

We spent a lot of time reviewing paper stocks and testing prints to ensure the final product is high quality. All fine art prints are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag, a cotton art paper with an inkjet coating specially tailored for fine art printing. The lightly defined felt structure gives every print an incredible depth and richness. Using gallery quality paper means the expected lifecycle of the prints is 80 years under normal daylight conditions.

We chose our printing partner due to the high quality of their products and service. However, if your print arrives with a printing defect or has been damaged in transit, then please contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@bronwyntownsend.com with your order number and a photo of the print issue.

We hope you love your order, but we cannot offer refunds or returns for change of mind before or after receiving your artwork.

Refunds or reprints can only be provided due to defects or damage with evidence of the fault.

Our printer manages the delivery of your prints with dispatch within 2-5 days after placing your order.
Once your parcel has been sent:

Europe | 3-5 business days

Rest of the world | up to 10 business days
Shipping costs are applied during checkout based on your delivery location. You will be responsible for any local import taxes or duties applicable.
